How Majestic This Wondrous Earth is a fan-made expansion hack for His Majesty The Worm, created during the September worm jam, with the aim of creating depth to overland travel and exploration. Its main features, aiming to complement the existing dungeon crawling, are a method to randomly generate overworld realms with varied terrain; four new environmental hazards to replace or complement darkness (heat, cold, miasma, and storms); and a random weather system to help deliver those hazards and other interesting events alongside HMTW's existing Meatgrinder system. It also adds additional small rules suited for use in an overworld adventure: currently, outposts, traveling light, and pack animals.
Right now it's in a pretty barebones state, but I plan to update this hack in the future with added art and better formatting (prettier tables, for one thing), and may add additional supplementary mechanics, like more weather or hazards.

A set of procedures for overland travel built out from the small optional rules section in the book.
I can imagine a lot of folks will need rules like this to handle a set up outside of the core conceit of “big city, underworld underneath it,” so this is a huge service to the community.
There's some really neat stuff here! I'm particularly fond of the Realm Seeds.
